Elizabeth Mueni, a customer care officer at Nakuru Water and Sanitation Services Company Limited (Nawassco), has recently undergone a divorce following an incident where she was discovered in a hotel room with her superior, James Ng’ang’a, the company's Managing Director. Reports indicate that Mueni's estranged spouse, Duncan Mwangi, entered the hotel room late at night after receiving a tip-off and found them in a compromising situation. In the aftermath of this distressing event, Mueni's husband has initiated divorce proceedings. Furthermore, Mueni has accused Mwangi of ongoing abuse, stating that she had reported his behavior to multiple police stations without any resultant action. Earlier this year, in March, Mueni alleged that Mwangi physically assaulted her, causing significant injury, including leaving one side of her head bald due to violent hair pulling. She subsequently filed a report at Mwariki Police Station. Additionally, Mueni claims that her father was also a victim of assault by Mwangi in 2019, questioning, 'What kind of man beats his father-in-law?' She further accused Mwangi of infidelity, asserting that she possesses photographic evidence of his extramarital relationships.
