Throughout the years, the global approach to teaching Algebra through technology has been influenced by the general TPACK framework, which does not adequately address several significant challenges in algebra. Consequently, experts and researchers in the field of Mathematics Education have emphasized the necessity for a specialized technology integration framework tailored specifically for algebra instruction for many years. In 2024, Dr. Williams Osei introduced the Technological Knowledge of Algebra for Teaching (T-KAT) framework, marking the first domain-specific technology integration framework in Mathematics Education aimed at tackling the issues related to technology integration in algebra. It is important to note that integrating technology into algebra instruction is a powerful method for improving teaching and learning, equipping students to thrive in today's technologically advanced environment. This innovative solution originates from Ghana, West Africa. Congratulations to Ghana and Africa!
