The contentious Ghanaian media figure, Okatakyie Afrifa, has ignited an online discussion following the latest episode of his program 'For The Records.' Afrifa asserts that the improvement of the Cedi is unrelated to President Mahama and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) as a whole.
He argues that since the NDC government has only recently taken office, it is implausible for them to have achieved such significant progress.
Okatakyie Afrifa asserts that the NPP government accomplished significant achievements, yet these results are currently attributed to the NDC government.
He contends that if anyone deserves commendation for the performance of the cedi, it is former President Akufo Addo and the NPP administration.
