A devastating incident has resulted in the death of a Mobile Money vendor after a minibus reportedly lost its brakes and collided with him near Jemimah Hospital, located off the Anaji-Kansaworado Highway in Takoradi. The event transpired around 3:00 p.m. Eyewitness accounts indicate that the minibus veered out of control and tragically struck the victim, identified as Francis Koduah, who is thought to be in his 30s. Further reports suggest that the bus was traveling at a high speed downhill when the driver called for assistance upon realizing that his brakes had failed. Moments after his plea for help and signaling to bystanders to seek safety, the vehicle crashed into the roadside kiosk where the deceased was serving customers. Despite the attempts of bystanders and emergency personnel to render aid, Francis Koduah was declared dead at the scene. His body has since been taken to a private morgue in New Amanful, awaiting further investigation and autopsy.
