Kofi, a young man who endured severe beatings from four individuals in Atonsu, Kumasi, has shared his version of the events surrounding the incident. He claims he was intentionally targeted and robbed.
In a recent TikTok live session, Kofi asserted that the assault was a calculated act carried out by the four men, who suspected him of being part of the LGBTQ+ community.
He stated that they attacked him and inflicted a brutal beating solely based on their baseless assumptions regarding his sexual orientation.
Additionally, he reported that during the assault, his GHS 1000 was stolen. In his emotional TikTok live, Kofi mentioned that he has formally filed a complaint at the Atonsu Police Station.
To support the ongoing investigation, he has also secured a medical report from a physician documenting the injuries he sustained during the alleged attack. In the final moments of the TikTok live session, Kofi strongly refuted the allegations made against him.
He unequivocally asserted that he is not gay and that he was assaulted without having committed any offence.
