Shatta Wale has issued a formal apology to Bulldog for his allegations regarding Bulldog's involvement in the death of Fenec Okyere.
On November 22, 2022, Shatta Wale posted on his Facebook account, suggesting that Bullgod was implicated in the murder of Fennec Okyere, a 31-year-old artist manager.
Fennec Okyere, who managed musician Kwaw Kese, was brutally killed at his home in March 2014 by unidentified attackers.
Following the allegations, Bullgod was arrested by the police and charged due to an alleged threat made during a performance.
However, after several years, the court dismissed the charges against Bullgod due to insufficient evidence.
Subsequently, Bullgod, through his attorney, initiated a defamation lawsuit in the High Court against Shatta Wale, asserting that the statements made were malicious and seeking a permanent injunction to prevent further statements from Shatta Wale, as well as a retraction and apology.
